Del impressed me from the first visit with his knowledge of the market and sales expertise. His presentation was also impressive and showed me that he meant business. After reviewing the comps with me he told me that he wanted to list my house at about 10k over what I thought it was worth and I thought was it high but you can always come down. On Thursday he placed his sign in the yard. The pictures for the listing hit the MLS on Friday and on Saturday we had three showings and three offers. We sold that day. Del was our go-to person. My husband and I were moving from Texas to Florida and we were under a timeframe to find something that we could close on before our lease was up which was January 2020. Del found a new development for us. We signed the contract in November 2019 and were able to close on December 30, 2019. This gives us a month to move our furniture from Texas to Florida.
